AWARE: What’s behind the name of your company, Core Passion®?
PALM: I call the powerful energy forces that are encoded within us at birth our Core Passion®. It is the energy that drives us to do what we do. When you understand that passion you can turn it into whatever you want to do with your life.
AWARE: How does one identify a Core Passion®?
PALM: We all intuitively know who we are. Core Passion® has created a language to express what’s always been there. Instead of measuring personality, the Core Passion® assessment I’ve developed measures something no one else has measured − that is, the frequency of the inner spirit. The energy of your inner spirit becomes the driving force which influences behavior.

PALM: I’ve been working in personal/professional development for more than 18 years and have offered the Core Passion® Assessment for more than eight years. When you put a graph and numbers to it, the work becomes tangible and people believe it.

AWARE: How does Core Passion® get put into action?
PALM: I believe the key that opens the door to understanding the energy of passion is language. When our driving forces – I call them Core Passion® codes – are put into words, they create clarity and focus in our life. This powerful language is put into action in our requests, our marketing, our branding, our image and our unique message to others.
At the end of the Discovery Journey, you will know who you are. From there you create a vision and then an action plan to get where you want to go. The process involves creating a 90-day plan to explore the possibilities of a new adventure.
AWARE: Can you explain the 12 Core Passion® Codes?
PALM: Our assessment helps people identify the five forces that drive them and the seven forces that support those driving forces. Each of the 12 codes encompasses a gift, a challenge, a lesson and an essence. I’ve provided a brief synopsis of each code.
