From the first day that you use LifeBenefits to enroll for your life insurance benefit, you'll find it to be efficient, easy and a great tool for keeping track of your changes and getting the most from your policy. Enroll and manage your account using your ID and password. Online document delivery. You can choose how you want to receive documents like statements, prospectuses and various forms, whether electronically or by US Postal mail. The web site has it all gathered in one spot for your easy access. Plus, you can change the mode of delivery at any time. Toll-free assistance for enrollment and insurance questions. Our contact center is available to you during hours established by your employer. Online Assistant to help you with enrollment. Stuck on a question while enrolling for insurance? Only have one phone line? No need to get off the phone and call, simply click “Online Assistant” from the “Contact Us” page. During hours established by your employer, Minnesota Life provides live online help by real people who are very familiar with the web site. If you're enrolling online as an employee of one of our client companies, your coverage amount can be approved in as little as a minute. You'll complete a simple online health questionnaire, attach your electronic signature and submit the form through a secure connection. You'll receive a reply in about 60 seconds that tells you the next step in the application process. Online scheduling. During the application process, the system will determine whether you need to have a paramedical exam. At that point, the system will prompt you to schedule the exam time online. If you don't want to schedule the exam during the application process, you can elect to to be called by a customer service representative for scheduling.
